YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

Medical Billing Connect (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit medicalbillingconnect.net, send a business inquiry, or request a consultation.

This website is intended for healthcare professionals and business representatives exploring medical billing and related services. It is not a patient portal.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, work email, practice or business name, phone number, specialty, state, service interests, and message. We may also retain follow up correspondence and information you provide when discussing your inquiry.

Technical information. Our hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and request activity. Form notifications include the page address from which your inquiry was submitted, which may contain campaign or referral parameters.

Information we do not request. Do not submit patient names, medical records, diagnoses, insurance member IDs, payment card details, or other sensitive patient information through this website. If a billing service later requires patient information, it should be handled through a separately agreed, appropriately secured process.

2. How we use information

We use information for the following business purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries and identifying the services you are looking for.
  • Coordinating consultations and connecting your inquiry with relevant service support.
  • Maintaining business correspondence and following up on your request.
  • Operating the website, investigating errors, and protecting against spam, fraud, and unauthorized access.
  • Meeting applicable obligations and resolving disputes.

Submitting a quote request does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

3. When we share information

Relevant service partners. With your authorization when you submit an inquiry, we may share your contact and practice details with relevant medical billing or credentialing service partners so they can respond to your request, discuss their services, or provide a quote. A partner may have its own privacy policy and service agreement.

Service providers. We use website hosting, email delivery, and security providers to operate this website. Brevo processes inquiry notifications sent through our form. Google reCAPTCHA supports spam and abuse prevention. These services receive information needed for their respective functions.

Other disclosures. We may disclose information when required by applicable law, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable protections.

4. Cookies and Google reCAPTCHA

The website uses essential session cookies to protect form submissions and administrator access. We also maintain limited request records to reduce repeated submissions and abuse.

Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. When the security check loads, Google may process technical and interaction information, such as IP address, browser and device signals, and interactions with the security check, to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated activity. reCAPTCHA uses a necessary cookie for its risk analysis. Google processes reCAPTCHA customer data to provide and maintain the security service.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies or Google security scripts may prevent the form from working. Your browser settings do not remove information already submitted to us.

5. Scheduling and other external services

When a scheduling service is available, choosing “Schedule a Call” may open our booking page on Calendly. Information you enter there, such as your name, email, meeting time, and responses to booking questions, is processed by Calendly and made available to us to arrange the consultation. Please review Calendly’s privacy notice before submitting information.

Our blog may contain links or embedded content from other providers. Their services may process technical information or set cookies under their own terms. We are not responsible for the practices of external websites.

6. Retention and security

We retain inquiry information and correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, maintain relevant records, and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the purpose, the nature of the information, and whether it is needed for an ongoing matter. Security records are kept for operational and abuse prevention purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including secure connections, restricted administrator access, and validation of form submissions. No website, storage system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Where information is processed

We and our service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you are located. Privacy protections and legal requirements may differ between locations. Where required, applicable safeguards govern these transfers.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask us to update inaccurate contact details, stop following up about your inquiry, or delete information that is no longer needed. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses, including eligible requests to opt out of sale or sharing.

To make a request, use the contact details below. We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding. Some requests may be limited by applicable recordkeeping requirements or other legal exceptions. You may also contact a service partner directly regarding information that partner holds.

If we send you marketing communications, you can use the unsubscribe instructions in those communications or reply asking us to stop. Business communications needed to address an active request may still be sent.

9. Children’s information

This website is directed to business users and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through this website, contact us so we can review and address it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, website, or data practices. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

11. Contact us

For questions or privacy requests, contact Medical Billing Connect through our website contact form. Include “Privacy request” in your message. You can also reply to an email you have received from us. Please provide enough business contact information for us to identify your request, without including patient or other sensitive information.
